engineered flooring

Engineered flooring is incredibly stable and ideal for use as a floating floor or over underfloor heating.
The ‘new generation’ of engineered flooring is structural and has as much of a wear layer as a solid timber floor with 6mm of wood bonded to 14mm thick moisture proof multi-layer plywood. It can also be fixed using a more traditional method of secret nailing or glued to a suitable sub-floor using our Mapei Ultrabond Adhesive.
We feel sure you will agree that our engineered flooring looks the same as solid wood flooring and even a professional would find it difficult to tell the difference.

oiled
14mm thick oak (4mm oak wear layer bonded to pine) supplied pre-oiled, ready and easy to lay with the click system (no glue needed to join the boards together). suitable for use with underfloor heating and can be laid as a floating floor.
